He specialises in the design and delivery of access and highway solutions for complex sites, overseeing technical design, project delivery and team development. His expertise spans junction design, modelling, safety audits and construction planning.
Matthew is known for his collaborative approach and technical leadership, working closely with clients and authorities to develop robust, deliverable solutions that unlock challenging sites.
James is a Director of the iTransport Bristol Office and has over 18 years experience in transport development planning. James has worked with all sectors of development including, residential, employment and retail schemes, public sector developments including school, hospital and care schemes as well as private leisure developments.
Emily is an Associate Partner and Chartered Transport Planner with over 20 years’ experience in consultancy. She works across the Basingstoke and Bristol offices, leading projects across residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors.
She advises clients from the earliest stages, helping shape access strategies and identify key transport considerations before progressing through the planning process. Emily develops clear, practical solutions that are policy-compliant and cost-effective.
Known for her problem-solving approach, she works closely with clients to deliver well-designed schemes that achieve planning success.
