We are committed to supporting the communities in which we work. Our employees and Partners play an active role in making a positive difference, and we are proud of the collective impact we achieve each year through volunteering, charitable giving and wider community support.
Through the Give as You Earn scheme, our employees and Partners make monthly donations to a range of charities via Charities Trust, helping us retain the Platinum Quality Mark Award for payroll giving. We also organise volunteering days to support local communities, including work with Hart District Council and local schools to improve outdoor spaces and community environments.
Alongside our own initiatives, we support causes championed by our clients and professional partners, helping extend our impact across the wider community. We also make annual Christmas donations to charities nominated by our employees, rather than sending cards. Recent charity partners have included Andover Community Engage, Bowel Cancer UK, Stroke Association and Action for Children.
