Stephen is an Associate Partner with over 10 years’ experience in transport planning, having joined iTransport as a graduate. Based in Basingstoke, he supports projects across a wide range of sectors, from residential schemes to complex strategic developments.

He provides advice across all stages of the planning process, from early appraisal through to submission, determination and post-consent implementation. Stephen works closely with clients and local authorities, helping to navigate requirements and keep projects progressing.

Known for his proactive and collaborative approach, he supports the delivery of clear, well-evidenced transport strategies that lead to successful outcomes.

Stephen is an Associate Partner specialising in transport planning, with experience across development, infrastructure and policy-led projects.

He provides clear, strategic advice grounded in strong technical understanding, supporting clients through the planning process and helping shape deliverable outcomes. His work spans transport assessments, masterplanning support, network analysis and sustainable transport strategies.

Stephen is known for his reliable delivery and practical problem-solving, identifying issues early and developing solutions that align technical evidence with project objectives. His experience includes working across the UK and internationally.

Lynsey Storm

Lynsey is Head of People at iTransport, bringing over 20 years’ experience across professional services and construction. A Chartered MCIPD professional, she leads the people strategy across the business.

She works closely with leadership to build a strong, inclusive culture, supporting talent development and ensuring a positive employee experience. Lynsey combines strategic insight with a practical approach, helping individuals and teams perform at their best.

Passionate about people, she focuses on creating an environment where individuals feel supported, challenged and able to grow — strengthening both the business and its long-term success.
