She has contributed to a wide range of projects from small residential developments to large strategic residential and employment sites across the south of England. In 2023, Lucy supported the opening of the Solent office and now works extensively across the South Coast. In 2026, she became the chair of the Solent Women in Property Committee and helps to organise and run networking events within the industry.

Jayne is also actively involved in shaping industry best practice, co-chairing the national Fixing Transport Assessments Working Group and contributing to Active Travel England initiatives.

Ian is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 25 years’ experience in both the planning and design of development infrastructure. He has experience supporting major planning applications as well as strategic advice on transport matters for sites early in the planning process. He has appeared as an expert witness to Planning Inquiries on transport planning issues, appeared at Local Plan Examination in Public and has also undertaken appeal by written representation. He has prepared Transport Assessments and transport chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments for a wide variety of projects from large residential developments, motorway service areas, energy infrastructure, government buildings and mixed-use sites. Ian undertook a number of guest lectures at University of East London on Highway Design. He has detailed experience of transport and development infrastructure from conception to completion.

Jamie is an Associate Partner with a strong track record in delivering transport planning advice for complex development projects. Since joining as a graduate, he has progressed through the business, building deep expertise across residential and mixed-use schemes in London and the Home Counties.
He leads on strategic transport assessments and planning submissions, helping clients secure successful outcomes through clear, well-evidenced strategies. Principal Highways Designer
Jason has been part of the Basingstoke team since 2017 and is a Principal Highway Designer.
Assistant Technician
Muhammad has a background in Structural Engineering and studied at Bury College. He has nearly a year of highway design and transport planning experience and primarily supports the preparation of technical work across a wide range of projects. His experience includes contributing to highway design, site layout reviews, site access drawings, geometry drawings, swept path analysis and has contributed to traffic assessment work and sustainability appraisals.
He has experience working with software such as CAD and GIS. He has worked on a number of projects across the country, developing strong technical and problem-solving skills. He takes pride in producing clear, accurate drawings and presenting his work to a high standard. He is passionate about design and has an interest in providing attractive, safe and sustainable developments “

Phil is a seasoned transport planning specialist with more than 30 years’ experience helping complex development projects move from concept to consent across the UK. He advises on the movement, access and traffic implications of major commercial, residential, healthcare and leisure schemes, alongside large-scale mixed-use regeneration, wind energy, and recycling and waste developments.
Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Phil supports clients at every stage of the process — from early feasibility and transport strategy through to detailed design and delivery. He has a strong track record of working with local highway authorities, Transport for London and National Highways to resolve challenging access and transport issues and secure planning approvals.
Phil also brings significant Public Inquiry and DCO experience, regularly preparing and presenting expert witness evidence for major development proposals. Dan is a Consultant and joined iTransport as a Graduate in 2024. He has contributed and worked on a variety of projects ranging from strategic residential, large scale mixed-use and employment sites across the south, partially in Hampshire and West Sussex.
Dan has provided initial advice and appraisals through to the submission and post-submission of projects on behalf of clients. He has experience in providing a variety of reports for different target audiences, traffic modelling, GIS and acting as a Travel Plan Co-ordinator for residential and employment developments in the south.
